Made to order Evil Emperor Zurg Inspired running costume. Includes skirt and tank top with attached cape. This skirt is designed to be worn over your favorite running capris or shorts. Skirt and silver neckline detail are performance fabric. The tank is a purchased item that has been modified including adding the silver neckline "collar", attached black "belt" and attached cape. Tank is 57% combed ringspun cotton, 38% polyester, 5% spandex. The "Z" emblem is made on a pin that can be removed for washing.
